They wanted GBO 2 on PC, because they wanted to expand the market, while pushing their Gundam e-Sports plans for next year, since PC is more prefered than consoles due to graphics & performance aspects.
If anything, its SD Gundam Genesis & Crossrays, and also SRW V, T, & X sales that drives it. GBO 2 is picked instead of EXVS, because they don't want to overlap with Gundam Evolution, in which both are fast-paced action games, while GBO 2 is grounded & semi-realistic.Īnd SRW sales doesn't have anything about GBO 2, since both are very different games with different market share (comparing a TPS to Turn-based Strategy is weird).
